Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition (unworn, with tags, original packaging).  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how return your package to our facility located at 214 Main Street Suite #166, El Segundo, CA 90245. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mintusa2020@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
