Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-5 days to create your product and fulfill your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order is fulfilled, an “out for delivery” email and an email after your order has been delivered. You will also receive an email notification if your tracking number or order is updated.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using USPS (United States Postal Service) with an average shipping time of 5-14 business days. Please note these shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the time it takes to create your products (typically 2-5 days).

A flat shipping fee of $5.95 applies to all orders less than $75. All orders $75+ receive automatic free shipping within the United States.

We also ship to many international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
